Because of globalization developing countries easily could access to world market. Waving or minimal tariffs, quota, and anti-dumping restrictions from developed countries managed easy exports of textiles, service sectors, small and cottage industries, mine and minerals, and so on. These sectors generated massive employment opportunities to literate and semi literate population. Globalization also helped multinational chains to invest in developing countries. Globalization accelerating migration from rural villages. Neglecting rural and researched based education weakening prolific purpose of globalization as rural inhabitants, poor and illiterates are not involved in Globalization process.

The old 1.725 second speed limit per API key no longer applies, but there's a mysterious &quot;limit to the maximum rate&quot; mentioned here and here. <title>Manage Apache Download Speed And Traffic Limits With mod_cband | HowtoForge - Linux Howtos and Tutorials</title>
<link>http://www.howtoforge.com/mod_cband_apache2_bandwidth_quota_throttling</link>
<description>In this tutorial I will describe how to install and configure mod_cband on an Apache2 web server. mod_cband is an Apache 2 module which provides bandwidth quota and throttling. It solves the problem of limiting users' and virtualhosts' bandwidth usage. The current version can set virtualhosts' and users' bandwidth quotas, maximal download speed, requests-per-second speed and the maximal number of simultanous IP connections.</description>

<title>Manage Apache Download Speed And Traffic Limits With mod_cband | HowtoForge - Linux Howtos and Tutorials</title>
<link>http://howtoforge.com/mod_cband_apache2_bandwidth_quota_throttling</link>
<description>
      In this tutorial I will describe how to install and configure mod_cband on an Apache2 web server. mod_cband is an Apache 2 module which provides bandwidth quota and throttling. It solves the problem of limiting users' and virtualhosts' bandwidth usage. The current version can set virtualhosts' and users' bandwidth quotas, maximal download speed, requests-per-second speed and the maximal number of simultanous IP connections.
