Freezer est un programme gratuit qui permet de télécharger les musiques des sites comme deezer ou jiwa.fm. Il a été développé en tant que "preuve de concept" pour démontrer qu'en dépit de tous les eforts réalisés pour empêcher le téléchargement de leurs titres, ces sites sont toujours très peu sûr dasn la manière de diffuser leurs musique en streaming. La preuve de concept sera proablement étendue à d'autres sites, comme elle est basée sur un faille inhérente de leur protocole de diffusion. L'usage de ce programme ne peut se faire que pour télécharger des musiques "libres", sans copyright, autrement son utilisation devient illégale. Je ne saurais être tenu responsable pour toute mauvaise utilisation de freezer. Plus d'infos. Comme le programme est toujours en phase beta, il doit rester un bon nombre de bugs, mais il marche quand même. Fascinating and very interesting. I may add another law to your experiment, though it would have to be repeated again to see if it's working.
Law 3: A fractal pattern encourages participation.
A fractal pattern is simple enough that the gratification is direct. One can draw a small shape which already makes sense to the person. (I have participated!). But because of the self-structure of fractal pattern, one is participating to a bigger scheme. Sense of collective achievement with grand goals.
Once the structure is big enough, it becomes visible, organized and then it is an object of power, which in return is its weakness. (Colonial states versus Guerrilla/Terrorism). Wikipedia becomes so big that it fights for copyright or have editors censoring content.
Though I kind of disagree with the conclusion of blogs versus wikis. Blogs are indeed easier to maintain but would it be because wikis are not really object of the commons, aka, there is still someone owning the object, it is a property of someone in the end.
I wonder also if there is a density rule in action. A tribe in a large forest with free will to move as they please versus a piece of land with a lot of people. There is very little destruction when the space is infinite. Take the drawing above and imagine a space which is infinite (possible in digital space), would participant try to destroy the work of others or just go further away to do their own drawing?

"RiP: A remix manifesto" is a documentary film about copyright and remix culture
A propos de notre collection d’images sur Flickr La bibliothèque a décidé de mettre certaines photographies en ligne accessibles sur flickr. Ces photos, datant du début du XXe siècle, sont sous licence «aucune restriction de copyright connue» et proviennent toutes du Fonds Trutat ... (Ouvert le 26 Juin 2008) A propos de notre Fonds Trutat 5000 photographies sur plaques de verre, des années 1870-1920, concernant Toulouse, la région et les Pyrénées. Eugène Trutat, conservateur au Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle de Toulouse et photographe, a longuement sillonné les Pyrénées et photographié autant les paysages, les villages, que les habitants. Ces clichés, en général dans un très bon état de conservation, nous livrent des témoignages souvent très vivants du patrimoine ; Ces documents n’étaient jusqu’alors consultables uniquement sur certains postes multimédias de la Bibliothèque d'Etude et du Patrimoine. Ils sont à présents mis à disposition du grand public via notre espace Flickr !

En plus d’avoir l’esprit tranquille, la qualité des vidéos est souvent largement meilleure, la vidéo s’interrompt rarement en cours de lecture et n’est pas limité à 72 minutes comme sur MegaVideo. Finalement, chercher sans relâche un bon site de streaming gratuit qui proposera votre série ou film peut faire perdre un temps fou. Et le temps, c’est de l’argent ;) Alors autant miser sur une plate-forme légale qui sera viable. Voici une petite compilation pour regarder les derniers films mais aussi Dexter, Heroes, Lost, Gossip Girl et autres gratuitement ou non en streaming.

What Is Copyright?
Copyright is a legal concept giving the creator of an original artistic work rights over their work for a limited time.
Before the 1911 Act in Britain – on which copyright law in Bangladesh is based – the protection was between 7 and 14 years. In 1911 it was increased to 50 years from creation of the work. In 1956 it was increased further to 50 years from 1st publication. Towards the end of the last century it was 70 plus life of the author.
