<title>The Best Yoga Asana For Health</title>
<link>http://www.fiyoga.com/yoga-asanas-health.html</link>
<description>Everyone has their favorite Yoga asanas - it's a rich collection featuring many gems, but we each find one that shines more brightly than the others. For many purists it's the serene Lotus pose. For me, the strongest contender is the beautiful, symmetrical and graceful Ardha-Matsendrasana, called in English the Spinal Twist. This unpoetic English translation belies a Yogic poem of measured movement. In this pose I see the fathomless mystery of Yoga itself, yet also its relevance to my everyday life.</description>
